Wisconsin College of Cosmetology owners, Mark and Marla Swiecichowski, purchased 4.2 acres of land on the corner of Packerland Drive and Main Street next to Ameriprise.  Their plans are to build a new 14000 sq ft state of the art facility to house their over 100 cosmetology students.  Swiecichowski stated that students and clients will experience a bright and open clinic floor and larger classrooms for education.

APEX Construction & Development has been awarded the contract to build the building.  Construction will begin in Summer 2008.
