Transfer Students: Wisconsin Collge of Cosmetology accepts transfer students from other institutions who furnish a transcript of their grades. Tuition is based on the length of time spent at WCC. Fees regarding transfer students are based on acquired knowledge in comparison to WCC's Wisconsin curriculum, rather than straight hours.
